Responsible for direction of programs and allocation of resources for eight research/extension faculty with projects on cotton, soybean, peanut, small grains, swine, turf, and vegetables. Responsibilities include promotion of all center programs and oversight of the center infrastructure.

To be an effective administrator using my knowledge and experience to benefit others. To serve Virginia Tech well by doing everything possible to help the Tidewater AREC fulfill its mission of improving the sustainability of Virginia agriculture while preserving her natural resources.
